I think he was talking about the private school costing him money, not the tests.

What was the stimulus in the spring, two trillion. Ten billion to vax people will be nothing if it means getting the economy running again.

The tests aren’t necessarily free here anymore since Oct 1. Our state run health departments are the only ones that are still free in Tennessee.
