Is it proper open world? All the footage I've seen seems restricted to tunnels & channels/canyons.

It's a really solid FPS campaign and a great way to learn all the multiplayer mechanics.

Might be a bit off topic but for those not aware, there's a new Playstation State of Play this Tuesday (10 Dec). Supposed to be about 20 mins of new game reveals and footage. I'm personally hoping for the inevitable announcement of a Resident Evil 3 remake, more Last of Us 2 footage, and (most of all) more news/release date for Ghost of fucking Tsushima.

I have a feeling it will be an RE3 trailer and a gameplay trailer for Ghosts.

It's a bunch of smaller disconnected open world areas. Kind of like Mass Effect in that you shuttle from planet to planet and explore a small section of that planet. Unlike ME though you have a lot more agency within that smaller map to free from and explore and pick up quests from NPCs there, but still it's not one big interconnected map like Fallout/GTA/etc.

Looking for advice!

Looks like I am getting an xbox one s with Jedi Fallen Order. Never had an Xbox before. I have had a PS2 and 3. So what are some older games I could get pretty cheap that will be fun to kinda get back into it? I am a sports, superhero, star wars, race games person. Never been much into the online multiplayer games--I always get shot, more of a good campaign player. I don't know the more Xbox oriented games. For context, I think the last new game I bought was maybe 2011?

Games I am looking at:
-Madden ( I need one--doesn't matter what year--is there a fan favorite?)
-SW Battlefront II
-Some good Batman game
-Are there any good Xbox baseball games?
-NBA 2k something (is 20 much better than others)

what else is fun and not too hard to pickup?

Just downloaded Mini Metro on my phone. I couldn't find a Mobile Gaming thread to post that in.

Does anyone else play this? It was tough to get a hang of the game's language at first, but it's quickly becoming my go-to time killer app.

Beautiful game. Relaxing, too.

Control for PS4 is now $29 at Wal Mart? Game definitely looked intriguing when it came out; anyone recommend it?
