i haven't been since it just opened recently..a hot chicken place a few miles away and they named it Pinkys Hot Box..

Went to the
Barbacoa Grill here in Boise last night. My compatriots all had some variation on the meat served to them and they all enjoyed it. I stuck with a Spanish Salad* and some bread because A) I'm dieting and B) Holy shit at those prices. I'm a full four grades below any of them so yeah, I'm going for the cheapest/er things on the menu.
*They call it a Spanish Salad but it has feta cheese, kalamata olives, lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers. I mean, what about that says Spanish and not Greek?

Not sure how long you are there, but go to the Tattooed Moose for good grub and beer, and Hymans for good seafood. Lobster rolls aren't really a thing here in the South, that must be a chain

I’ll keep my eyes open for those suggestions. We’re in Hilton Head until Saturday morning. Drive to Savannah, then back to Charleston for the night before we leave early Sunday morning. I did see a sign for Hyman’s.
Mason’s is a chain. We went there because that’s my oldest son’s name and he punked out on meeting us for a short vacay before he deploys.

i ended up with the rueben and my wife got the roast beef with latke bread..we shared and have leftovers for tonight...the blueberry cheesecake is amazing
