Is such bullshit that MSU jumped Oklahoma. Couldn't be more obvious that the committee just wants Bama-Oklahoma final

I dont really have one. I didnt go to a big time sports school and I think its douchey to be a fan of a college team if you dont have ties to the school or are from that state. And obviously u of I is not even worth mentioning in my case.

I'm a little biased, but I like the match ups this year. I'm sure Oklahoma is itching for the chance of redemption from that 40-6 loss to the Tigers last year.

Sounds like "the experts" are saying OU is the best team in the playoffs, and the others may as well not even show. "It's a different OU team this year". Really? Pretty sure that is the case for almost any college team that doesn't return 22 starters on O and D. And if we're playing that game, the Clemson team that hung 40 on OU last year did it without Deshaun Watson.

Who does OU even play all season? We know they sit on their ass and eat cheetos during conference championship weekend.

Well, they beat Baylor, TCU, and Oklahoma State in consecutive weeks.

The difference between this OU team and most of Stoops' teams is team speed. They'd get with the "big boys" in the past and get blown off the field. That's not gonna happen this year.

Still, it's a Bob Stoops coached team in a "big game", so his team will see a minimum of 8 pre-snap penalties and 5 instances were Clemson WRs are running downfield without a Sooner within 20 yards of them.

I get what the "experts" are saying, it's just that they make it seem like it applies only to OU, which annoys me.

I'm expecting a much closer game this year with two teams that can point a lot of points on the board. I have no idea if Clemson will win or not, but I think both teams will be prepared, and we'll get a good game. Although, if it's another 40-6 type game in favor of Clemson, I certainly won't complain.

Also, re: the ACC game and the onside kick.

First off, the refs were terrible all night long. From what I've seen the call did look bad to me, but, what is not talked about, and what was also missed was a targeting call. One of the UNC players dives head first at the Clemson player trying to recover the ball. A lesser targeting penalty was called earlier in the game that resulted in a Clemson player being ejected.

What really bothers me about "the experts" is that they make it sound like this cost UNC the game. It did not. Clemson dominated most of the game, but failed to ice the game on a few occasions. Also, UNC would have had to score a TD and a 2-pt conversion to TIE the game. Possible, yes, but unlikely.

What should have happened is that the UNC player was called for targeting, ejected, then a re-kick from 15 further back. But no one ("experts") don't want to talk about that.

I hate any talk about a call at the end of the game that could have "changed the game". There are missed calls throughout any game that could have the same impact, but because they don't happen at the end, are usually never talked about. Man I hate the media (except chud).
