I thought the same thing upon reading it. Personally I'd love to hear that version in a mini acoustic set to start an encore or something. Hell, they could play the song twice for all I care as long as one is that acoustic version

i think i like the one in ole more but i'm a fan of both. I think eddie sounds great on both of them, and they are a smart way to add a lot of vocal energy to the outro without screaming.

I wouldn't mind the idea, but the way everyone used to complain about how much they played corduroy, i don't think it would go over that well if they played 2 versions at the same show

Maybe I find it better because it's part of a better song, but whatever, I prefer it, I prefer what it says, and I struggle to understand the lyrics in the equivalent part of Ole.

It's all opinion ain't it, but for me it's the best part. Maybe I just like the sentiment and its delivery. It's more impactful to me.
