A not so fun fact: Random ding dongs in high school (mid-late 1990s) used to give me crap about listening to R.E.M. because of the rumors about Stipe being gay.
Fun fact: I told them that I didn't care about that stuff, and included R.E.M. lyrics in my high school yearbook.

Fun Fact: I logged onto the iTunes store to purchase the REM Unplugged, but to my dismay only two songs were available for preview and the thing isn't for sale yet.....so, I went to Best Buy's site and while I still can't purchase said music yet, they have a 30 sec clips of every song: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/unplugged-1 ... &lp=1&cp=1

there are high quality rips out there if you've never heard it. But I will definitely be purchasing this thing once it is available.
