I'll be honest and say I haven't stepped on a scale in a very long time..I just know I've lost weight and my pants are loose and I'm always pulling them up at the grocery store

No booze or bad foods for me since Friday; it's amazing how much weight you drop and how good your poops are when you eat and drink the right way.

My BMI is down to 23.31.
Normal range is: 18.5 - 24.9.
I'm digging the online calculator I found from Harvard Med School a few weeks ago because it spits out results to the one hundredth.
