Garlic cream sauce with sun dried tomatoes. I don’t know that that makes it Tuscan, but that’s what the recipe calls it. Quite tasty. Apparently some recipe site got my email and I get 5 or so recipes per day from them. I got this one a while back and it turned out to be pretty tasty. So much so that the oldest Weaseling tried it and liked it. (First time trying salmon). She’s back home for the weekend and even tho we just had salmon 2 nights ago, she requested it for tonight.

Not very thick. I do add fresh grated Parmesan and that thickens it up a bit but not too bad.
