I had a sleep study about a month ago and had my follow up appt today to go over the results. I had zero REM sleep. How is that possible

YIKES, is that like 0% sleep efficiency on the score?
I don’t think so, but can’t remember exactly what some numbers he mentioned were exactly. He did say something being 60% before they put the mask on, then going up to 80.

I’m sure it’s not 100% accurate, but my Apple Watch usually shows around an hour of REM and 30 minutes of deep sleep so I’m at least not surprised it was low

Finally got moved in today and the dog didn't shit on the floor, so this was a good day. I'll probably sleep on the couch tonight because I'm too tired to put my bed together.

about twenty crates. I don't have much. It's mostly books.
