Slowly but surely getting consistent again. Last three weeks I've been building up my base. Sucks how quickly one can lose fitness.

Treadmill intervals. Felt nice. I still hate treadmills but I really need it when I’m trying to maintain a specific pace

After two weeks off, I'm starting to get back in the swing of things. Three runs this week (4.3, 3, 6.7). Need to get my legs back by 6/15.

Have my annual Memorial Day 5k tomorrow that I have done basically no prep for, and I haven't put in many miles to begin with this year. My goal is to match last year's time, which I also did no prep for.
