There was never any crossover between her and the Lincoln project. I'm not sure what she's going for here.

She lives in a highly online alternate reality and is trying to pretend that this win was something other than “not Trump”. Cali’s rejection of reinstating affirmative action for example. Once it’s all counted then we see net trends outside GA we can see what really happened, but until then we should remember which demo failed to show up in 2016 and got Trump elected.
