The butter chicken was quite tasty. The rice didn’t quite work. After following the directions to a T, it wasn’t cooked all the way and a bit crunchy. I’ll have to play with that one.

nope. turns out the word "prime" when used to describe a beef roast doesn't refer to the grade of meat but rather the specific ribs from which the meat was cut.

Hamburger steak, creamed spinach, baked potato.

Baked the potato in the air fryer. I’m never using another method again.
