GoodFellas is my wife's favorite film, and as such, I have seen it way too many times. It's a fantastic movie, but I would be perfectly fine never seeing it again at this point.

Actually, now that I think about it, it kinda makes sense that you're not on big on Spielberg. While his sensibilities seem like something you'd appreciate, the way he conveys them is extremely visual and visceral. It's not necessarily concrete.

Oh sure, but the visceral quality is conveyed visually, I mean. Spielberg's use of editing and framing (and score) is very specific, and crucial to appreciating his work.
