Nice hills run this evening.

I'm starting in the middle of a half marathon training plan that I likely won't stick with whether I do the race or not. Stay tuned.

Got in an 8.5 on Tuesday and another on Thursday to get my October total up to 100 miles on the month. :bammer:

Ran an easy, recovery 3 at like a 10:40 pace yesterday.

Hoping to get in at least 5 tomorrow morning before getting out the cheer on the marathon runners!

Did 6.2 at 11:35 pace. Felt really nice at times, and at others like I was going to struggle to finish without walking a lot. The last .40ish did suck, but those other times passed pretty quickly.

A half is going to suck, if I even have enough time left to prepare at least somewhat decently

I know I won’t be able to maintain that pace for twice the distance by a month from now. We shall see.
