I want to get Control bad but I’ve got an OG Xbox One and PS4 and I’ve heard it doesn’t run great on those. Remedy is a great developer though.

Dang looks like Control made several GOTY lists. I've purchased and firing it up tonight. Also FYI, the season pass is $10 off on the PS Store right now.

Assassin's Creed Odyssey
I stopped playing it about 6 hours last winter. Started it right after finishing RDR2. Enjoying it a lot more this time with some distance from another huge, open world game.

Man, I have it downloaded, but have yet to play it. I have that and Doom in my FPS backlog.

I play MW multiplayer every day but still haven’t dipped into the campaign.

Super Mario Galaxy
Just an incredibly made game. Still looks and plays great despite being in 480p.

I fired up Witcher 3 yesterday because I had like 90 minutes to game (which never happens anymore) and figured I'd dig into it and get the feel for everything. But with an hour+ under my belt I feel like I've got nothing so far--just cut scenes, the very brief training, and one fight against some ghouls. On the one hand, I guess this bodes well for how deep the game is, but on the other, I wish it threw me in a bit more directly so I could get a better sense of controls and the world (I barely ever play 3rd person games, getting used to the perspective is tough).

I'm actually going to attempt to try out Witcher 3 as well; I was able to score the complete edition for $20 over the holidays. I personally love 3rd person action games but never been a huge RPG fan so not sure how well I'll get into it. The reviews have been so positive and the price was right so figured it worth a shot. Trying to find something to tide me over till RE3 and The Last of Us 2 hits
