I love [real Greek] feta so much. I hate bleu and gorgonzola though (they both completely monopolize the taste of any food they’re paired with).

Dutch Edam on sourdough bread, with Prague ham and homemade mayo
Kraftkar blue cheese, won the cheese world championships, with fresh semi dark bread, a little jam made for cheeses, nuts in honey, a little Serrano ham or similar on the side
Burger with creamy and salty blue cheese. Paired with yuzu infused tomato chutney, toasted pistachios, crispy fried kale and rounded with creamy truffle mayo
