I've been buying meat online from this really good butcher shop. Every cut of meat is clearly labeled and is accompanied by a photo and a detailed description. But they have one cut of beef listed that doesn't have a description or a photo. It is simply labeled EL SECRETO (THE SECRET), in ominous all caps. It's priced similarly to a prime rib.

Should I buy some???
