Jonny Venters has 22 IP in relief. That is more than all of my other relievers combined. Does everyone have a reliever that is used dis-proportionally high?

Roberto Osuna had appearances in 14 of my first 16 games, and the other two were Complete Games. His innings total is lowish, but my manager turns to him every damn time.
And Brett Cecil still hasn't thrown a pitch. I only have a five-man pen, yet he hasn't gotten into a game. I thought WhatIf would love his 2015.
You can tell they set specific roles for each pitcher, and they're very unlikely to use them in any other situation.

Yep. There are ten teams in each league, so days 10-18 are the second series between each team.
