Having a great time with Jury Duty. Of course the premise is basically the same as The Joe Schmo Show, but I think it's got a better cast of weirdos.

One thing I do miss about the way Joe Schmo did it is they would show you the actors' side; it's fun to see their production meetings, planning out how they're going to fool the one non-actor, and freaking out when things don't go quite as planned. I'm only on ep 3 though so maybe they do show us that at some point

On Barry, he wants out of the life so why doesn’t he just kill Fuches? He’s the go-between and no one would know how to reach Barry. Fuches dead, problem solved.

I've been rewatching Taskmaster. Maybe my favorite of the British panel shows.

My wife watched the Australian series Mr Inbetween a year or so ago and has been pestering me to watch it since as apparently I would "love it".

Well, I finally caved and started at S1E1 during the week and turns out she was 100% correct. What an excellent show, some of the best TV I've ever watched to be honest.

Mr Inbetween followed the narrative of Ray Shoesmith, who made a living by being a hitman while balancing his strikingly normal life among friends and family.

Ray has a daughter, Brittany (played by Chika Yasumura), whom he shares with his ex-wife, Jacinta (played by Natalie Tran).

The series also explores his relationship partner with Ally, along with caring for his terminally ill brother.

Alongside this, we watch as Ray navigates the criminal world, and we see it take a toll on his relationships.
3 series done and dusted in a week. Great show, sometimes funny, well written and well acted. Scott Ryan both wrote and starred in it and it was pretty much his first acting gig. Lighting in a bottle here.

If anyone is interested to watch and can't find it I have it downloaded and would be happy to share. Guarantee its worth your time.

Telemarketers on Max had an American Movie-ish vibe.

I really liked Beef. There's a kind of self-satisfied smugness to it that I found a little repellent at first but I think it fell away as the season progressed or I just got over it. By the end of the season I was convinced of its greatness.

This show was excellent. It's on Hulu in the good old USA.

Watched a couple AI Upscales of 90s TV shows from DVD sources. Xena and Star Trek Voyager. The results are pretty extraordinary. Don't know if these are studio approved or someone's hobby but I hope they do DS9.

We started Clarkson’s Farm on Prime. Pretty good so far. I’m finding the farming extremely interesting.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

The Red Sox beat the Oakland A's and a flasher is victimizing train passengers. It's also gonna be cold.
