First half marathon of the year this morning.
Finished with a 9:41 pace. By far my slowest half to date. But that's okay. I expected it. 2:15 was my goal. Managed 2:07. So, I'll take it.
Hopefully, I'm back in sub-2 form for the next one in March.

I ran 3 miles at a 10:35 pace and my average heart rate was 178 lol. Granted I only have like 30 or 35 miles in over the last two months

It was raining when I got up today. I put on my running gear anyway. Decided to suck it up since I have another race this Sunday.
I was rewarded by the rain ending before I started running.

I ended up running, it’s been raining for days and it’s flooding in certain streets so I was ankle deep in water for a few sections
