A slow 4.12, but at least my heart rate stayed reasonable (for me). Need to do speed work next. I'm not in love with these shoes. Bye.

After a long recovery from an ankle injury I’ve hit the trails again. Been doing 25 miles a week for the past three weeks.
Keep on rockin’ in the free world.

Got 3 miles in today. Wanted to do at least double but the park was all ice and sleet. I about beefed it like 8 times.

I found some trails with no ice or water or snow. I am running them every couple days. It's nice to run when it's not minus 30.

Sup homie. So apparently a 10 minute mile is 6min15sec km. I was more like 6min30sec. Damn. I remember old Mrs Johnston telling me she was still running 10 minute miles....
