I'm feeling a little bloated and gassy, so I just had some hot green tea.

Trying to move a lot around the office, taking the stairs. Climbed 12 flights, according to Apple Watch.

Don't feel like I need to go. Might have overate lunch.

I'll keep you guys posted if anything develops in the bathroom.

I've been producing some meager poops this week. It's disheartening because I've spent the last few days eating a stew made of sweet potatoes, black beans, and quinoa--lots of fiber. I've also been drinking plenty of water.

I know why it's happening. This is my week to go to work rather than the usual work from home, and I'm off my routine. My routine being...eating breakfast and drinking coffee and water, and pooping in the comfort of my home.

Hopefully, I'll be back on track next week.

dad, if your poop game is thrown off by working in the office, part of your problem is up in your head.

What you need to do is train. And I mean.... take practice poops throughout the week in unusual places.

Are you are at the mall? Try to force something at the Food Court restroom.

Do you ever go to Whole Foods? They have decent bathrooms that no one seems to know about. Practice a public poo there and treat yourself to the nice salad bar.

You really want to daredevil? Try a public restroom at a rest stop on the highway/freeway. Oh boy. That's like basic training there.

I could go on. But you get the point. Once I conditioned myself to go anywhere, I became unstoppable.

Two solid dumps in the AM.

Then a strange thing happened.

Felt like I had to go around 1 pm and went, BUT it wasn't much and I feel that I either went too soon or should have just waited until tomorrow. Goodness.

I had a type 3-4 this morning, was pretty great

a credit to all the salad and veg i had yesterday + a couple capstone meatballs

feeling pretty good now but afraid the good vibes won't last

Just dropped a glorious log. Disappeared under the drain so not sure exactly how long, but a good bit more girthy than my usual. Even stopped the toilet up a bit.

Already been 3 times today and sitting here for my 4th drop. The second since breakfast.
