I'm fine with this being the interpretation of what an "official release" is, but for the record we had a lengthy discussion about what constituted an official release in one of the other threads and it appeared to be agreed upon that it was the date of first commercial availability.

Someone suggested that, but there was no consensus. I checked before making the pick. Thanks for the free asterisk though Lament that was real classy of you pal *fist bump*
