This just feels like drama/gossip/tabloid stuff for music nerds which they normally frown upon and think they're better than when it's not involving Kendrick Lamar.

this is very good. not overdone or bloated. a nice wispy 44 minutes. easily his best since to pimp a butterfly.

Love that it's bars on bars on bars. Sounds like what I was hoping for from him after Mr. Morale: just put on a head nodding display of rapping prowess.

This kind of old school thing is exactly why I've lost interest in him. DAMN, along with a few tracks from good kid, were as close to pop bangers as he ever got; this whole over-intellectualized "rap prowess" schtick he insists upon is so off-putting to me.
