I didn't find either so exciting as to outshine the other. I might be ready for Disney to stop retreading old Star Wars stuff, and start making some new stuff.
Fuck the Obi-Wan series!
Not sure it's fair to call this a retread of old stuff though.
How are these 2 episodes distinct from Seasons 1-6? We've just gone back to a previous series and stretched it. It's not a new story. It's an old story extended.
Tell me a story without a Skywalker, without a Jedi, without a Yoda, without the Rebels vs. the Empire.

It's finishing a story. That's not a retread. It's an ending. I love that Filoni gets to end this story properly. It shouldn't be distinct from the previous seasons.
Not sure we're ever gonna get a Star War without a Jedi. Not sure we should frankly.

Mandalorian is far enough removed to keep me interested, but I grew tired of Clone Wars before the end of Season 5. Episode 3 was a good enough ending for me.

I'm four episodes in. It's fine, I guess.

There are definitely some feelings for me that this loop has already been closed, in terms of the entire era, but, I'm really glad Filoni is getting to finish the show on his own terms. I've enjoyed the four so far.

I think the clones arc is over now, yeah? Was supposed to be four episodes.

Echo had a bit of a devious look on his face at the end of the episode?
Maybe I'm off. Was tired last night. Need to re-watch
I'm guessing we're supposed to always question his loyalty, and he may come back when Order 66 comes back into play, but I think that was the end of the "Bad Batch" arc.

Great news. We were getting awfully impatient over here.

Meh. Kind of a "what's ahsoka up to?" goofy episode

Is she gonna get her white lightsabers at the end of this arc?

Is that the book that is already out, or is that one that is upcoming?

That book more than anything else described how Jedi make their sabers. It's a cool part about that book

What Ruddo said. I was being cute with my wording/tense (mirroring yours). I THOUGHT that was obvious.

I read it but I forgot. I'm not much of an Asohkaphile.
