I've been wondering the same thing. Who was sitting by Edmure? Who's the new ruler of Dorne?
No idea who sat next to Edmure, but the guy in Dornish robes was the prince of Dorne. I believe Wyman Manderly sat with Lord Royce on the right side
I figured it was the new Prince of Dorne, but who is it? Quentyn? Someone else?
They never cared to explain
I know and it makes me sad.

I though Jon got a raw deal. What was the point of him being a Targaryen / Stark? Also if the unsullied left Westeros, why banish Jon? He should have been king, not Bran. Or at least given the option, only to turn it down and go back north. Fuck Grey Worm, I was hoping Jon would kill him. Everyone else that lived were rewarded, and the guy who was brought back from the dead to help them all gets sent to exile. Can't Sansa just pardon him and let him chill at Winterfell?

Yeah who exactly is gonna tattle on Jon if he decides to, say, return to Winterfell?

Jon murdered a queen in cold blood. There were allies of Dany in that council meeting to determine the next king. There has to be some sort of punishment to appease them and to have justice.

I wouldn't call that a cold blood murder. He prevented a tyrant from killing all the people in Westeros then is banished for it.

Low-key my favorite moment of the entire episode was when Jon said, "Love is the death of duty," and Tyrion's knee-jerk reply was, "Did you just come up with that?"

She wasn't going to kill everyone.

Didn't Jon end up right where he would have wanted anyway? If he could have chosen? Doesn't seem like a bad deal to me.

He never wanted the throne. I think I agree with you.

Him being the rightful heir caused the tension that led to Dany’s downfall

He ended up where he had been happiest, the only place he had found love, so yeah I don't see it as too bad. It's a wonderful parallel with Ned's original choice as well.
