Most likely it's gonna be a breakfast for dinner night w/ scrambled eggs, cheese, sides of salsa, guac, sliced tomatoes. Probably add some black sliced olives to the eggs.

hummus
sliced ham from deli
ranch dressing or thousand island (lite)
cucumber
sliced pepperoncinis
croutons
topped with salt and pepper and love
