I'm disgusted with the hours I invested watching this season. Pointless.

Remember team, the league wanted to smooth the cap spike but the players voted against it. This is the sole reason Durant is on the Warriors.

As a Heat fan this consoles me none seeing as the last labor agreement was all about preventing the Heat from keeping their big three even though they were surrounded by hot trash the first year.

Ugh, the randomness of timing.

That's fair. I would probably feel similarly if I watched the Bulls all season too.

I actually take comfort in knowing the bulls don't matter and won't matter for a very long time. What is the point of being a 'contender'. Maybe by the time the bulls luck into another Rose/thibs/Noah situation Silver will have fixed this shit. Billion dollar contracts for a shit product is unsustainable over the long term.

Nah, the product isn't shit. The NBA is like SNL casts. You're always drawn to the era in which you were the most impressionable. Tons of great players in the league right now. Max contracts and super teams are the problem.

This pissed me off more than the fact I never got to see a Soundgarden concert.

One game? Remember when the Warriors won the first two last year?

Some guy like Damien Lillard getting stats on a team that doesn't matter and never will doesn't move the needle for me. Sorry.

Only one team had a chance this season. I guess when you are a bandwagon fan for the destined to be champs all the 'great' players in outpost cities are a cute sideshow.
