I'm an idiot...I went to the golf course to putt and chip..I took the golf bag I left here but forgot I transferred all of the golf balls to my wife's bag..got to the course and there was one ball in there..an old nike..I didn't buy any at the clubhouse because I have so many here..I walked around the putting green with one ball..

I’m kinda looking forward to having just one place of residence with all my stuff in one place soon.

I’m still recovering from last weekend’s sewage backup issue at the lake. Seeing a pipe wrench might start triggering PTSD for me.

10th wedding anniversary today. This morning my wife and I exchanged gifts (it's like having two birthdays in a week) - she got me a crystal decanter set and some 12yr old wiskey. I got her some tin plated roses and some flowers will be delivered later on. Tonight we'll be going out somewhere nice for dinner and then off to a comedy show. I promised her years ago that on our 10th anniversay that I'd take her back to Scotland - that's not happening.....

We have been heading up to the MiL's holiday house up the coast a bit lately. Last trip some fucker had stolen the copper pipes that fed into the hot water unit. Had to turn the mains off as otherwise water just pissed out of the pipe that ran from the house to the HWU. Druggie fucks.

Had it fixed so heading up today for the weekend again and to make sure the retic is back up and running etc etc.

Keeping tabs on the place is certainly an effort. And it seems my SiL and BiL have zero responsibility for the place. Life as usual to be honest...

Had a good day. Woke up early, got coffee, worked a bit. Went to my moms; took my dog twice and had lunch with my mom.

Went to see my dad for more coffee at the afternoon. Haven’t seen him in a while.

I hate the term "I cant unsee that" but it happened early this morning..I was up early at around 330 am..we're dog sitting and she was up running around..anyway, my 86 year old mother in law got out of bed around 430 to go the bathroom..she didn't shut the door completely and the dog opened it up and walked in and I had to go in to get him out of there while she looked at me with her pajama bottoms around her ankles sitting on the toilet..I might be blind by early next week
