The last time I was in that account, it was 2007 maybe. Assuming it's still the same account, but sorry to askharmless wrote:I don't really want to answer PMs about this, guys. The Gmail account is what you want.

Re: Lightning Bolt - October 15
I think I'm going to resist listening to this because I think I'm really going to like the album, but I'm nervous that it's going to close on a weak song. I'd rather go into those final 4+ minutes with as few biases as possible.
That said, if someone could PM me the Gmail info in the event that LB shows up early somehow, I would really appreciate that.

Re: Lightning Bolt - October 15
So...what's the deal with this then?
From what I gather, it's either
1) a demo which just includes Eddie on an acoustic guitar
2) a soundboard version of the live performance in July, with Eddie and his guitar isolated (likely, IMO)
Is this official, and what's the purpose for it? My guess is it's going to be tacked on as 'Future Days (Acoustic)' or something.

It's not a demo, just the guitar / vocal from the Wrigley performance.mvw wrote:I really wish I knew what to do here in regards to hearing the FD demo.

I think its option 2....I do like it better tho, def has the feel of a Ed solo song tho..

Does that still leave room for Slipstream (electric)?lecherouslittlestump wrote: Is this official, and what's the purpose for it? My guess is it's going to be tacked on as 'Future Days (Acoustic)' or something.

It would be a really good tag for Betterman (live).

It's not that good, although hopefully it'll have something of that effect on the album. My thinking is that the piano in Fairytale of New York is greatly helped by having a good song in the middle.dimejinky99 wrote:The piano on the wrigley boot reminds me of fairy tale of New York by the pogues
