Either way, this means this came from someone that had access to the demo or access to the Wrigley SBD. Wonder who and if more to come. Also, I'm in the demo camp, myself. This seems to have the same M.O. as SoS for BS.

It's not a demo, just the guitar / vocal from the Wrigley performance.
Pretty sure it is that as well. Did a little comparison of the two best I could. To my ears they sound like the same performance.

OK, I've listened to these side by side, and I don't think this is Wrigley. Ed's voice sounds different in parts and he has more of his lispy thing going on in the live version.
