If it was 10-15 years ago... maybe? The party, like NYC, has moved left. And America's flirtation with a "billionaire businessman as president" moved past the flirting stage in 2016 and almost straight to the "I've made a huge mistake" stage.

In any case, these predictions of Bloomberg ascendence are so blisteringly awful that I would gladly PM any of you morons my Venmo handle in order to set up a friendly wager. $100 he's not the nominee.

You might want to remember, of course, that Bloomberg's basic political orientation is already on stage (Buttchug) and is polling around 7% nationally, despite being significantly younger in a primary season where the demonization of old white billionaires is uhh kind of a thing.
