Strat, you can use a wood filler and that will be a temporary fix but could work for a while. Is the frame ok just the door holes shitty? If so, look at a Habitat Re-stor or something like that for a used door you can paint. Even a new door, if it's just the door, is way cheaper than replacing the whole frame

Toothpicks will also work.
Thicker screw won't go through the pre-cut holes in the door hinge, though. Those holes are cut to the size of the screw required.

Lot's of holes in this post, I expect it will end up in the quotes thread.
