drinking my 4th of the day. All Nespresso.
I think after i finish this batch, ill go back to my tasty Cafe Zavalia beans for a while.

good idea, the nespresso makes it too easy to crush too many coffees in a day. i'll often do 3-4 myself, which i think gives me low level anxiety.

Ill try to drink less coffee. My stomach needs it. Ill try to have at least three days off from coffee to see how it works.

this is actually happening!! just two cups per day so far and im feeling way better.

Every time I come from the coffee shop with my 8 ounce drip, I get comments on the small cup. It's genuinely weird how much people seem to care that I don't have a tub of caffeine in tow.

I’ve been buying bags from a roaster out of Ottawa, called September. Really good stuff, and decent prices too.

On our way to the coast, we stopped to charge the car in a town with a five star coffee place. The kid was asleep in the backseat, so I stayed with her and entrusted my wife to do the right thing, but she just grabbed me a coffee from the bakery next door instead, because she wanted some sweets.
