i was in a few meetings and email threads with tv personalities when i worked there. a lot of the overbearing hosts and anchors are characters on tv and are actually pretty normal/nice in person (Cowherd). but Stephen A is just as big of a blow hard in real life as he is on tv. Who you see on tv is who he is face to face off camera. He's quite possibly one of the most punchable persons i've ever been in a room with.
