I'm about to poach a salmon
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup shredded Fontina cheese

Serve at once.

Can of peeled tomatoes = $2.72
Cheese = $4.25
Total = $8.86
Tastes a hundred times better, its fun to make, and more food for your money.
