These beers are probably awful, but I love it any time Kyle MacLachlan gets cheesy while marketing the Twin Peaks brand.

Evil Twin makes some good shit. I'd be all about trying each and every one of them. :heartbeat:

Actually a few of them are not, depending on your preferences anyway. Jeppe is a huge Twin Peaks fan and actually owns the "Welcome to Twin Peaks" sign. Evil Twin (via the Twelve Percent Project) had a short lived stint contracting at our place and I was supposed to get all the labels that were TP related but sadly it went south quickly.

I was just watching some Twin Peaks YouTube theory videos. So excited to see this thread bumped. :heartbeat:

Jesus God, I fucking love this show so much.

I love this show too, but I've never really been one to put energy into theories. Going down that complicated rabbit hole is about as useful as making your way through a Mickey post in any given ideological debate.

EDIT: That's not to say that Mickey posts/TP fan theories are necessarily boring or wrong (though sometimes they are both.)

Did you hear any good theories?

"Theory" was the wrong word. They were more recap/discussion and interpretation videos. This one guy (Take The Ring) has a great series where breaks down key elements and talks about his take on how The Return ended and what it all means that I really loved.

OH! I also did watch one "theory" video about how Audrey is in an alternate timeline and this dude did a side-by-side split screen analysis of Audrey's final Road House scene and Coop & Laura in the past (FWWM) to illustrate his point. It didn't make a lot of sense to me and then he started to get into spoilers for The Final Dossier, which I haven't read yet, and so I turned it off. It was pretty stupid.

As an idea -- Audrey in an alternate timeline -- I don't hate it, outright. But his evidence wasn't compelling.

Spoiler: show
Laura Palmer screams and gets pulled out of the Red Room. And Laura Palmer screams and gets ripped out of the woods when she's been led by Cooper. And then Carrie/Laura screams outside the house at the end. Is is possible that all three of those events are happening simultaneously? Temporally, could they all be happening at the same time? Three screams. Three different times and places. Interesting...
Spoiler: show
And if they are the same event?

I don't know, exactly what it would mean. But it's an interesting thought, still. Maybe a way to tie all the timelines together and put everything back in one place? Is that even necessary?

One of the videos I watched pointed out that when Carrie/Laura screams at the end, electricity fills the house and all the lights explode and go out. They posit that this is Laura winning and defeating Judy and freeing the house from her evil and corruption.

That's not something that I'd really considered before.

I suppose we don't really need spoiler tags at this point but I am curious as to how you'd answer:
Spoiler: show
Who killed Laura Palmer?
