Yep, and massive portions of meat sauce and pasta. It wasn’t near our campus, but we used to hit up a movie theater near one. Also one on the way back from a camping spot we frequented for years, when you’d want something different in your belly after days of beer and hot dogs.

its basically italian mac n cheese
except in italy the cheese is baller
and the mac is (usually spaghetti) also of baller grade
and pepe
and so simple yet delicious
whereas
carbonara is onion, egg, guanciale … and parmesean, black pepper, and a little chopped parsley

I feel like I ought to be able to pull off a decent chili. The one time I tried it didn’t turn out at all so I never tried again.
