I did it with one of our other dogs and it devastated me. this is our last night at this house..we are going to the neighbors for a drink or 2 and some appetizers..hopefully home by 530, watch bill maher and go to bed and head home tomorrow

Back at my sister’s after an exhausting day. We took my stepdad off support and transferred him to hospice care. He’s still with us after several hours, and could be days, so figured I should get back and rest some. My sister is refusing to leave his side - which we all figured - so got my mom home for some rest too. She’s totally drained.
