Chicago dogs for me. Mrs Wease will have hot dogs with homemade pimento cheese on them.

She came across it when we worked an event recently. It was a topping on one of their signature dogs* and she loved it.
*along with pickled green tomatoes and Alabama white sauce.

I, of course, didn’t try it but she absolutely loved it. And that’s not really something she usually goes for.
