It’s a steam oven that can cook sous vide style. Can also be an air fryer, which is how I ran it tonight. Always a little steam though, to keep things moist.

It was totally a Covid purchase, but it’s been great. I made excellent bagels in it once, for example.

I might do this again. I have another package of wingies since I didn’t end up cooking them all on Sunday for the entire fam, and the wife’s out of town til Thursday.
