I'm actually totally loving the new album. Great 'space', great tunes.

You could do worse than grabbing the new album and working backwards to find out.
I haven't actually been very enamoured of the band's work in the last decade or so, but I like the new one a lot.

I'm a pretty big fan of their work from the last decade or so. Abattoir Blues and Lazarus are both fucking great. No More Shall We Part is also quite good. 88-94 these guys were un-fucking-stoppable.

I've almost come to terms with the fact that I might never, ever get "Push the Sky Away" on vinyl
I'm watching some eBay auctions today (for records by different artists), and if I don't win any of them, I'm going to order "Dig!!! Lazarus Dig!!!" to soothe my feels.

What happened with amazon? It's still very available online at discogs etc

It arrived damaged, and they're temporarily out of stock now. I brought this same issue up on the Vinyl board at Reddit today, and someone said they heard that a second pressing is forthcoming, but that most US pressing plants are too busy with Record Store Day stuff right now. I got it for a great price at Amazon, so I think I'm up for waiting instead of spending more on it someplace else.

the title track of the last albums is still haunting me.
The voice when nick says the word " i got a feeling i just cant shake"...
i really loved a couple of songs from Lazarus (the title track, news from nowhere, and especially 'we call upon the author'). Speeno was nice enough to burn me a shit ton of his older work, which didn't really move me.
