Despite my general feelings about bleach, About a Girl is a marvelous little song and Wash has never been a favorite.
Fun fact, about a girl is the first song i learned to play on guitar.

Only on a Pearl Jam based board would a throwaway piece of junk like Wash actually compete with About A Girl.

Wash is fantastic. About a Girl is middling. Nirvana would do this idea much better in the future.

Maybe. The atmosphere on that song plays so well alongside the voice. Everything about it actually feels like a barrage of water to me.

Maybe. The atmosphere on that song plays so well alongside the voice. Everything about it actually feels like a barrage of water to me.
Yep. About a Girl is a nice little indie rock song that sticks out in Nirvana's largely abrasive catalog; but Wash is something very special...
