We really need to talk about Eddie and Blitzkrieg Bop tags

They really drive me insane. I mean I know he's a big Ramones fan but hearing Eddie lovingly add the words "Hey Ho Let's Go" like they're these amazing poetic lyrics or something to his songs really bothers me. Like in the Ramones song its like a little nothing, but hearing Eddie milk the heck out of these stupid words just bothers me. Its the worst tag for Daughter, and I just heard him tag it onto Blood and that was the last straw. Enough with the "Hey Ho Let's Go" Eddie. Just go back to singing I Believe in Miracles

I agree. I'd put myself in the running for biggest Ramones fan on the board and I think it's a stupid and ill-fitting choice for a tag.

I don't know, if I'm a frontman, saying Hey Ho Let's Go is lowest common denominator turn my brain off let the crowd do all the work fun times.

We're nearly 3/4s of the way through 2017, and I don't recall him doing this once this year.

Are you listening to South American shows? Because The Ramones are like gods there and it would just be an easy, mindless way to get those fuckers to chant a lot.

I've seen the "Hi Ho Let's Go" tag on Black, Sleight of Hand and Masters of War. It's not pretty.
