A Reflection (Seventeen Seconds, 1980) - too moody
Strange Attraction (Wild Mood Swings, 1996) - I like this, has a bit of an 80s sound
Lament (Japanese Whispers, 1983) - doesn't do much for me
Sinking (The Head on the Door, 1985) - nice music, a long time before the lyrics start, decent song
Strange Attraction gets my vote.

This round is an embarrassment of riches containing two very highly excellent Cure songs, Lament and Sinking, and two other very, very good ones.
Anyway, Sinking.
