What do you guys typically do for breakfast?

A few times a month I'll get a big greasy breakfast from the caf, but it usually makes me feel like a big bag of shit for a few hours.

Oatmeal gives you heartburn? Damn.Chloe wrote:Self wrote:Fruit, some kind of fiber bar thing that my wife packs, and water. Sometimes toast with it.

Today I had a smoothie - been trying out either a fresh juice or a smoothie for breakfast, it surprisingly keeps me feeling full until lunch. My trusty go-to breakfast of oatmeal now gives me heartburn so I need more ideas than just eggs
Yeah, I can't eat oats at all anymore. Granola, granola bars, steel cut, oat bran, instant. I've even tried soaking them in yogurt overnight, doesn't help... my body hates them.Self wrote:Oatmeal gives you heartburn?
