The British one obviously but when it was in bbc not the channel 4 version.

There’s a similar show on bbc..about pottery. Yes seriously. Think it’s called the great British throwdown. And it’s like visual heroin. Way more watchable than bake off

British is the gold standard. I've only watched the 4th Season/Series of the Australian but I loved it. I guess Season 1 has different judges and hosts but I'm tracking down Season 2 and 3 now. The American one is officially cancelled. One of the hosts (not Paul Hollywood) was a perv and they killed it. I found the hosts and judges pleasant but boring for the Canadian one.

I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Canadians make a dessert that I've been wanting to try called Nanaimo Bars, looks pretty excellent.

Nanaimo bars are the absolute best. We used to eat them every time we went to Vancouver Island. I think they were invented there

They were indeed, Ruddo.

I don't think the most of bakes themselves necessarily reflect nationality.

Nigella is replacing Prue on Bake Off. This makes me happy.
