Fable. While still a very good game, it didn't deliver even a fraction of Molyneaux's promises.

Knights of the Old Republic 2. Rushed to market. Removed a main storyline planet which caused events to make no sense. The first "half" of the game was so good.

Wrestlemania X8 on the Gamecube is up there for me personally. It was the first Nintendo WWE game after the legendary No Mercy. It was fine.
