Need to relisten but I recall not being impressed with anything on side of Songs of Innocence, really. Every Breaking Wave wasn't bad, I think

I really like both of these, almost equally. The intro of California is really nice. But I went with EBW by a hair.

Every Breaking Wave for me. Yeah, sounds a little too much like a lot of u2 songs, but i like the space it has. Its catchy and the band sounds good.

Every Breaking Wave. I think it's one of the stronger songs over the last decade, and the stripped down version is fantastic.

Every Breaking Wave is one of those songs that's not doing anything new in the universe of U2 songs, but just really hits me hard. I love it.
