I never got into Static-X at the time but now I wish I had, because I feel like they’re gonna be the one good discovery for me from this tournament. I really love this song. I also find it difficult to take my eyes off Wayne in their videos; what an interesting look/presence. Easy vote over that garbage Crossfade song.

Crossfade were garbage.

Static X on the other hand were an awesome band and Wayne Static died too soon. They were a nice mix of industrial and nu metal, and their bassist was in Ministry after Static broke up. So an easy vote for Push It.

Static X have a song called Cold which kicks a lot of ass too.

I remember trying to find Static X songs in Napster right near the end of the free period where you had to guess an alternate way to spell the band's name because they were blocking regular searches due to copyright claims. You had to type in StatikEx or StatiXc or something like that. Good song.

I actually like "Cold", but I also really like "Push It". This is a tough call.

First time hearing both of these, and they both sound like stereotypes of their respective genres. I'm going to vote for Static-X becuase the dude has cool hair and my friend Jeremiah liked them.

I’ve never heard of Crossfade before. Cold is just stupid. The Static X song reminds me of Rob Zombie. Easy vote for Static X.

First time hearing Static-X. Kinda fun in the same way White Zombie and Rammstein are. How'd Mr. Wayne die? He off himself?

Static X had an album called Wisconsin Death Trip. Crossfade had a rapper/auxiliary vocalist. Easy vote for Static X.

I really like “Cold” and idgaf. It’s trite but I find it a very emotive and well-executed song within the desired formula. It’s basically a pop song.

Overdose. His wife then committed suicide two years later. Really sad.

I'm pretty sure I've heard the Static-X song before, like on a movie trailer or something, but I didn't know it by name. I actually like it, it is fun. His hair is cool

Wisconsin Death Trip and Machine are their best albums by far. The rest kinda sound the same, the final one actually started adding some death metal-ish screams and solos though.
